How quickly do you ship?

During launches, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping (I always aim to ship your order much sooner though). Typical transit time with USPS is 5-7 days and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, I cannot guarantee these timeframes.

What do I do if my tracking hasn't updated?

According to USPS, we can file a claim for the lost package after 45 days for domestic orders. Please email me if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can problem solve together :)

What if my package says delivered but I never received it?

Unfortunately, at this point it is out of my control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighboring residence, or it was marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

What if my package is lost?

I am not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. All orders are final; shipping fees are non-refundable.
